The EVIX-CX3AA Solar Charger Evaluation
Board combines three Solar Bits for 1.5 V at up to 40
mA, a MOSFET rectifier to prevent back discharge, along
with a single AA battery to demonstrate basic solar
charging in an efficient, simple, low-cost design. The
MOSFET rectifier eliminates the need of an additional
solar cell to overcome the forward drop of a traditional
blocking diode.
